Refund Policy 

Please place your orders carefully. Due to the nature of many of our products, health code restrictions and alcoholic beverage licensing laws restrict us from offering refunds or exchanges.

Exceptions: Any flawed beverage or food item when accompanied by a receipt will be replaced with a similar item in style and price if the original item is not available. No cash refunds are offered.  We cannot offer refunds or returns on any Gift Basket, Gift Box, Cheese Box, Catered items, prepared platters, shipped parcels.

 

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for store merchandise and are not refundable. Please protect your Gift Cards as they are non-replaceable.

 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS

If an order needs to be canceled, please call the store directly during business hours at 508-480-9463.  Cancelled orders may be subject to a $20 delivery and restocking fee. No refunds will be issued for orders that were delivered and signed for.
